I'm a product designer based in Brooklyn, NY with over 6 years of experience.
Currently, I'm in my second stint at Capital One, defining the vision for how financial institutions should help customers identify and resolve credit card scams. Previously, I was at One Medical (now Amazon Health), designing our members’ experiences before, during, and after their scheduled appointments with our providers, and working on various growth and integration projects. In my first stint at Capital One, I designed consumer- and agent-facing experiences related to credit card disputes, post-fraud and post-dispute moments, and the future of customer service in our digital channels.
Outside of work, you can find me in the gym, at the ice rink nurturing my childhood hobby of figure skating, at a concert, planning my next trip, and enjoying the many, many coffee shops and restaurants New York City has to offer.
